For Current Students
Are you curious about how to juggle NSBH major requirements at a study abroad location? Several NSBH students from the Class of 2019 provided input about their study abroad experiences, both during a semester and during a summer, and how their location worked with the major. The guide includes comments about students' experiences, as well as students' emails for further questions. To access the “NSBH Study Abroad Guide,” please contact Bailey Jaeger.
Lab Shadowing & Mentorship
The Neuroscience & Behavior major lab shadowing project aims to introduce underclassmen to research at ND. Upperclassmen, who have worked in various biological, chemical, cognitive, computational, and other scientific labs, are paired with interested underclassmen. The shadowee is then exposed to the works of the lab they've shown interest in and is able to get a peak at the daily activities of the lab. This project encourages curiosity from underclassmen and facilitates a more open conversation regarding on-campus research for all grade levels.
Nu Rho Psi Honors Society
In 2018, Notre Dame obtained membership in the National Honors Society in Neuroscience (Nu Rho Psi).
